Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director to take the operational lead of a growing center in Surprise, AZ. You will own performance against forecasted goals, run scheduling, staffing, billing, and join with clinicians to drive growth and family experience.

You will manage a high-performing team, coach staff, and partner with regional leadership to improve processes. This is a mission-driven role with clear accountability and career trajectory within Soar’s expanding multi-site

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of managing high-performing operations
• Experience leading teams of 8-10+ people
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Own center operations and strategy, ensuring targets are met
• Lead clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ensure budget, utilization, and efficiency against forecasts
• Maintain exceptional caregiver/family experience and onboarding
• Collaborate with regional leadership to optimize center performance
