The Operations Director at Centria Autism leads center operations, sets culture, and ensures a safe, high‑quality family experience. You will manage schedules for Behavior Technicians, coordinate assessments, oversee staffing, and collaborate with Clinical Leadership to drive outcomes and growth.

You will drive process improvements, monitor center metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining financial accountability and strong resident

Competenze

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in operations management within a center or healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets.

Mansioni

• Schedule management for Behavior Technicians and client assessments.
• Coordinate staffing and enrollment/start-of-care for new clients.
• Oversee center operations, compliance, and IT coordination.
• Drive growth strategies and improve client/tech retention.
