Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to set the tone for the center's culture and oversee all operational aspects, including scheduling, staffing, and client coordination. You will work closely with Clinical Leadership to support high-quality care and growth.

The role emphasizes leading Behavior Technicians, ensuring training, compliance, and performance standards while coordinating with facility management to maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations management or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L awareness, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, credentialing, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the center's operations, including staffing, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Lead Behavioral Technicians and ensure training, attendance, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to support clinical outcomes and service delivery.
• Monitor center metrics, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities for smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Drive growth through effective onboarding, communication, and community outreach.
