Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead the center's operations, staffing, and quality of care. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, coordinate assessments, and partner with Clinical Leadership to drive outcomes and growth.

You will manage schedules, training, compliance, and offboarding while ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing center. The role requires 2–5 years in operations with strong leadership and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations management or sales with prior team management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage Technician and client assessments; ensure coverage and adherence to policies.
• Oversee operations, staffing, training, attendance, and performance standards.
• Monitor center metrics and financials; manage payroll, billing, and budgets.
