Job summary

Centria Autism in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an Operations Director to guide the center’s team culture and delivery of high-quality care. You will manage schedules for Behavior Technicians, coordinate client assessments, and oversee daily operations across staffing, training, and compliance to sustain growth.

You will partner with Clinical Leadership to improve outcomes while maintaining safety and efficiency. Strong leadership, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations management or sales with prior team management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage Behavior Technicians’ calendars, assessments, and case starts.
• Coordinate staffing, including substitutions and multi-tech allocations, ensuring coverage.
• Monitor attendance, compliance, and center metrics to improve performance.
• Oversee payroll, billing, and P&L, driving financial performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate facilities operations, safety, tours, vendor relations, and equipment inventories.
• Foster communication between clinical leadership, IT, onboarding, and intake teams.
