Job summary

You will partner with Clinical Leadership to align care delivery with Centria’s model, manage non-billable hours, and maintain a safe, well-run center onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• 2–5 years in operations management or sales with prior team leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage Behavior Technician coverage and client assessments.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring policy adherence.
• Monitor center metrics and maintain high performance standards.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to support outcomes and growth.
• Oversee center operations, safety, and facility coordination.
