Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead patient care delivery, staffing, and center performance in a fast-paced medical facility. You will oversee patient flow, staff development, and clinical support to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in operations leadership in healthcare, strong HIPAA know-how, and a commitment to quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong service mentality and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA/PHI).
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation and service delivery.
• Support clinicians to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
• Create a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Manage operations metrics and staff accountability.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Oversee center initiatives and quality improvement.
• Develop staffing plans with leadership to optimize patient experience.
