Concentra, Inc. Milwaukee is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead daily center activities, oversee patient flow, and support clinicians in delivering high‑quality care.

You will manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in patient experience and service delivery. The role involves coordinating center activities, advancing performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative team environment to meet business goals and safety standards in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three or more years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation and ensuring exceptional experience while leading staff.
• Support day-to-day medical model execution with clinicians to drive outcomes and case closure.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient patient care and turnaround times.
• Create a collaborative environment promoting teamwork, quality outcomes, continuous improvement, and patient safety.
• Own key operations metrics and accountability on Turn Around Time (TAT), Net Patient Experience Rating (NPER), and other metrics.
• Coordinate and prepare material for leadership team meetings to improve quality and patient safety.
• Develop staff through recruiting, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
• Drive center communication to achieve optimal patient and business outcomes.
