Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead patient care delivery and center operations, ensuring optimal care and customer experience. The COD oversees staff, coordinates scheduling, and maintains compliance while driving continuous improvement across the clinical facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety, staff development, and achievement of service standards within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Some college courses from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience.
• In lieu of higher education, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation, ensuring exceptional experience and accountability.
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model by collaborating with clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Work with clinicians to support staff competency regarding patient care needs.
• Foster a professional, collaborative environment promoting teamwork and patient safety.
• Manage operations metrics and staff accountability on TAT, NPER, Pearl C4 and related KPIs.
