Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Center Coordinator to oversee daily operations, directing team efforts to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction at the Roanoke site. Reporting to the Site Center Director, you will orchestrate staff activities to ensure timely patient flow and adherence to standards.

You will train and motivate staff, resolve issues, coordinate huddles, monitor performance, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in the behavioral health industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience supervising up to ~20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of team to ensure timely patient flow.
• Leads training, performance, and quality targets.
• Identifies problems and opportunities for patient care; reduces wait times.
• Escalates major issues impacting operations and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinates daily operations with the Site Operations Director.
• Maintains regulatory, legal, and audit compliance.
