Job summary

Blue Ridge Health seeks a Site Coordinator to join our Clinical Team in Hendersonville, NC. You will manage patient care schedules, deliver excellent customer service, and supervise support staff to ensure efficient patient flow across BRH clinic locations.

Responsibilities include completing routine clinic tasks, updating medical records, coordinating referrals, and supporting providers with room setup and patient education. Evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
• LPN or RN license (NC) preferred.
• MA certification or Registered Medical Assistant required/preferred.
• CNA certification with clinical experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manages patient care schedules and delivers customer service.
• Provides support staff supervision to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assists with routine clinic tasks, stock, and equipment management.
• Documents patient information in EMR, including meds reconciliation and health histories.
• Works schedule including night/weekend hours as needed.
• Assists with patient education and setup of treatment rooms.
• Coordinates referrals to outside providers and tracks follow-up.
