Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Center Coordinator to oversee daily operations, drive patient flow, and ensure productivity and quality across the site. Reporting to the Site Center Director, you will lead staff, coordinate training, and address issues to maintain high satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in the behavioral health industry.
• Supervisory responsibilities include indirect supervision for up to 20 team members and approximately 500+ patient census.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of team to ensure timeliness and accuracy of patient flow through the site.
• Leads training, leadership, and motivation to meet or exceed performance, production, and quality targets.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting patient care and reduces patient wait times.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal, and audit standards across the operation.
• Promotes teamwork and maintains high-performance teams aligned with BrightView Health's treatment philosophy.
