Blanchard Valley Health System seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily operations across assigned facilities, directing staff and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. The role emphasizes coordinating patient flow, staff development, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Facility Director, the incumbent will manage scheduling, training, and service excellence initiatives while supporting recruitment and ongoing department improvements.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead/manage people.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and compliance with BVHS fleet policy.
• May be required to work at multiple BVMP Practices as needed.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the patient’s age and development.

• Maintain daily operations in assigned departments through on-site supervision and staff direction.
• Ensure accurate patient registration information and compliant processes.
• Monitor and optimize provider schedules to maximize patient flow and acuity mix.
• Supervise staff proficiency with computers, software, and phone systems.
• Ensure supplies are available to support quality patient care.
• Promote service-oriented practices and educate staff on service excellence metrics.
• Address associate concerns and escalate incidents to the department director.
• Consult with the director before implementing new practices or changes.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of department staff and evaluate competencies.
• Review department indicators and apply industry standards to improve service, costs, and quality.
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
