Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director in Ocala, FL to lead center operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional patient care. The COD oversees patient flow, facilities, and the delivery of services, partnering with clinicians to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, compliance with state regulations, and delivering superior customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; college courses acceptable with experience.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted (1 year college = 1 year work).
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
