Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead patient facilitation, clinical support, and daily center operations. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive optimal patient care and service levels.

The role focuses on coordinating scheduling, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of patient experience while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• 1:1 college vs. work experience equivalency can apply.
• Proven leadership or operations management experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time facilitating patient experiences and ensuring service standards.
• Support day-to-day clinical model execution with clinicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure patient care competencies and quality.
• Foster a professional, collaborative environment promoting teamwork and patient safety.
• Manage operational metrics and monitor turnaround times, patient experience, and revenue.
