Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Director (COD) to lead core center operations, staff supervision, and daily patient care delivery.

The COD ensures service excellence, manages patient flow, and collaborates with clinicians to optimize outcomes while meeting regulatory standards. The role focuses on improving quality, patient safety, and center performance, with accountability for financial drivers and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience
• Healthcare experience or customer service experience preferred
• Concentra Core Competencies: Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation ensuring exceptional experience
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians to drive outcomes
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient patient care
• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers with 24-hour response
• Drive center initiatives and workflows to meet business plan objectives
• Oversee staffing levels and proficiencies to optimize patient satisfaction and throughput
