Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead center operations, patient flow, and staff performance in a healthcare facility. You will collaborate with clinicians to deliver optimal patient care and ensure service standards and compliance.

The role emphasizes frontline patient facilitation, staff development, and driving center metrics such as turnaround times and patient experience ratings while aligning with senior leadership goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a health services/operations role.
• Experience leading or managing center operations or healthcare teams is expected.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation ensuring exceptional experience.
• Support daily medical model execution with clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Help staff competency in all patient care needs.
• Create collaborative environment promoting teamwork and patient safety.
• Monitor key operations metrics and ensure timely results.
• Coordinate scheduling and CLT material to improve quality and outcomes.
