Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director for the Four Corners site. The role leads a multidisciplinary center, partnering with clinicians and staff to ensure growth, quality, and a stellar family experience.

A fast-paced, mission-driven environment offers leadership growth and exposure to multi-site operations. You will manage non-clinical operations, improve scheduling, staffing, billing and patient onboarding, while mentoring staff and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Require previous people management experience
• Leading high-performing teams of 8-10 or more
• Operational leadership experience in healthcare or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Running a high-performing center and achieving forecasted goals (budget, utilization, efficiency)
• Creating an exceptional family experience with strong caregiver relationships and clear communication
• Leading and developing center staff and partnering with clinicians to ensure clinical excellence and team morale
