Job summary

CSL Vifor in Philadelphia seeks an experienced center supervisor responsible for end-to-end center operations, including production, quality compliance, and HR. You will partner with the Center Manager to ensure regulatory adherence, data-driven improvements, and a safe donor environment.

The role requires leadership with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, along with strong HR and compliance mindset, and willingness to travel up to 10% overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing a team.
• Ability to follow SOPs, regulations, and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to safeguard the plasma and the safety of donors and employees.
• Work with quality personnel and QA team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
• Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training and complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting.
• Employee recruitment, training, counseling, and termination, and corrective action programs. To achieve compliance, follow HR policies by treating all employees fairly with HR.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
