Job summary

CSL Vifor seeks a Center Operations Leader to report to the Center Manager and own the full scope of center operations. This role ensures adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements while safeguarding donor safety and product quality.

You will collect and analyze data to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability, lead staff, and collaborate with QA, HR, and IT. Some travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee center operations including production, quality, finance, HR and IT.
• Collaborate to address quality compliance and audits by implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and training are followed, including record keeping and reporting.
• Support HR processes such as recruitment, training and performance actions.
• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
