Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assume responsibility for the center's operations when the Center Manager is absent. You will oversee production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT to safeguard donor safety and center performance.

The role requires ensuring SOP and regulatory compliance, analyzing data to drive quality and profitability, and collaborating with QA to address audit findings. HR oversight and marketing support are included, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain center quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with the center manager to safeguard donor safety and product quality.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address deficiencies noted during audits.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and training are met and OSHA records are kept.
• Oversee HR activities including recruitment, training, counseling and termination.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
