Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Center Operations Leader in Warren, OH. In the absence of the Center Manager, you will have ultimate responsibility for the center's operations, ensuring production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT run smoothly.

You will ensure SOPs and regulations are followed, analyze data to improve quality and profitability, coordinate with QA to address deficiencies, manage OSHA training and record-keeping, and support HR and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to improve center quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with the center manager to meet regulatory and customer requirements for safety.
• Develop corrective actions with QA to address audit findings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and complete OSHA record-keeping and reporting.
• Oversee HR processes: recruitment, training, counseling, and termination.
• Support marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
