Job summary

CSL Maryland is seeking a Center Manager to lead operations at our plasma donation center. In the absence of the center manager, you will oversee production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance, drive quality and profitability, recruit and develop staff, and support marketing efforts. This role involves up to 10% overnight travel and requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others.
• Ability to comply with OSHA regulations and training and to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to safeguard the plasma and donor/employee safety.
• Work with quality personnel and QA team to develop corrective action plans to address deficiencies noted during audits.
• Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training and complete OSHA record keeping and reporting.
• Employee recruitment, training, counseling, and termination, and corrective action programs in line with HR policies.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
