Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Center Supervisor in Spring, TX to oversee donor-center operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient processing across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

You will lead scheduling, monitor performance, improve inventory flow, and resolve donor concerns while promoting teamwork and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching; lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to walk and stand for entire shift.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring prolonged glove wear.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
