Responsibilities

• Field and People Leadership: Lead front desk and team in daily operations, ensure guest experience aligns with brand standards.
• Coach and monitor KPI performance, optimize scheduling and center throughput.
• Manage reservations, sales notes, and wax pass conversions per policy.
• Support Center Manager with payroll, ordering, and compliance.
• Ensure lobby, rooms, and restrooms are clean and well stocked.
• Provide professional customer service and lead by example.
