You will drive revenue, manage budgets and coach a team of guest service associates and wax specialists to achieve personal best. You will recruit, develop talent, train staff, and ensure brand standards are met daily while maintaining a smooth, customer‑focused operation with strong KPI oversight.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related management experience in a sales-driven role.
• Bachelor's Degree or applicable related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented leadership.
• Self-motivated and process-focused.
• Team-centric with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Center performance and inspire the Team to deliver and exceed revenue and operating budgets.
• Develop the GSA and Waxer Team to meet their full potential; coach and evaluate.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent across all levels; partner with beauty schools.
• Train and model the expected behaviors and processes.
• Set direction with Center Team; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain a professional, clean, fully stocked Center meeting brand standards.
• Drive traffic, conversion and staffing to deliver optimal center performance.
• Lead operations: center payroll, ordering and compliance.
