Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) seeks a proactive Center Supervisor to oversee daily center operations, support our teams, and deliver a positive experience for families we serve.

You will manage staffing, service readiness, KPI tracking, onboarding, and collaboration with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling, while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment. This role requires strong leadership and travel between centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
• ABA/healthcare/behavioral health or childcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.
• Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
• Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.
