The Learning Experience in Summit, NJ is seeking a Business Manager to drive the financial and operational performance of the center. You will apply business acumen to customer engagement and lead people to create an environment where others can thrive.

Your role covers building strong teams, managing payroll, monitoring P&L, forecasting enrollment, coordinating billing, and partnering with the Center Director to set direction and ensure high-quality service for families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail/store management.
• 2+ years of customer-facing sales leadership.
• Ability to leverage data to understand the business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and center productivity.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements and create action plans.
• Hire and staff high-performing teachers and ensure staffing.
• Manage labor and schedules to maintain appropriate ratios.
• Forecast enrollment based on graduation trends.
• Handle payroll accuracy and timekeeping systems.
