Job summary

Early Edge Education | S.A.M. Singapore Math & Musicologie in Millburn, NJ seeks a Center Director to lead a thriving neighborhood learning center. You will drive sales, manage enrollment workflows, and own day-to-day performance for two programs while building a strong culture with families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, customer service, management, education, hospitality, or related field.
• Confident communicator with strong phone, text, and email follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with multiple duties.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, and business software; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrollment by following up leads and guiding families to visits and enrollments.
• Conduct tours, assessments, and enrollment conversations with prospective families.
• Explain program value and confidently request enrollment; nurture leads after visits.
• Oversee daily center operations, schedules, classrooms, supplies, and logistics.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage teaching staff; maintain a positive team environment.
• Address parent questions with professionalism and urgency; improve student retention and customer experience.
• Support local marketing, events, and community partnerships to grow enrollment.
