Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead day-to-day operations, staff, and patient care in our Maryland/Baltimore facility. You will oversee patient flow, clinician support, and center performance metrics to deliver exceptional service.

The role focuses on operations leadership, staff development, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance to support the center's business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Some college coursework or equivalent education and experience.
• 1:1 ratio: one year of college equals one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage center support staff and daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinicians to drive outcomes and care quality.
• Monitor and improve patient flow and center competencies.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
