Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; three years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) and lead CAPA-driven improvements.
• Host audits by regulators and customers and contribute to quality initiatives.
• Promote safety, health, environmental policies and maintain a safe facility.
