Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Center Director to lead donor center operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staffing, training, and performance.

You will oversee payroll, budgeting, and KPI analysis while driving operational excellence and donor satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on accountability, process improvement, and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Up to 3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years of people management preferred (can be concurrent with operations/management experience).
• Experience with responsibility for fiscal management and budgeting preferred.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Experience with office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all donor center functions and assets.
• Ensures total operation compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Shapes employment decisions including hiring, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
• Oversees center-level employee training and ensures timely execution.
• Supervises training procedures and annual retraining initiatives.
• Manages Payroll records to optimize allocation of hours.
• Analyzes KPIs and addresses operational deficiencies.
• Optimizes operational cost to meet objectives.
• Ensures product shipments and sample submissions follow schedules.
• Oversees marketing and advertising initiatives with other departments.
• Maintains professional relationships with donors to stimulate retention and growth.
• Creates an environment that boosts morale and productivity.
