Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Center Operations Director – ABA Services to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth for our new Blackwood center. You will collaborate with senior clinical leaders, guide administrative teams, and focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of people management, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of building strong relationships with staff, families, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s) finish
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ ABA services for children with autism by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and referral partners
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement through oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and grow professionally through evaluation and goal setting
