Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day clinic activities and drive scalable, compliant processes across the organization. You will oversee training, reporting, budgeting and safety while partnering with leadership to implement growth strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in behavioral health, a degree, and strong accounting/finance knowledge. This role requires flexibility for weekends/nights and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team.
• Act as lead client-care officer with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training to subordinates.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting/licensing bodies.
• Oversee company finances and budget adherence.
• Ensure safety of employees and clients.
• Maintain reports and assist with onboarding and policy adherence.
