Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Center Operations Director to oversee the Orange City, FL center and collaborate with senior clinical leaders. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, growth strategy, and ensuring high-quality, family-centered ABA services.

You will manage administrative teams, optimize performance metrics, and strengthen relationships with referral sources while guiding staff development and patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role, with responsibility for leading and developing teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility finish.
• Expand access to Proud Moments ABA’s services by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referents.
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families through weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement through oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures.
• Motivate staff to improve performance and grow professionally through annual evaluations and progress monitoring.
