Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee ABA service delivery statewide. You will manage client intake, insurance authorizations, scheduling, and communication with families and payers to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with billing and clinical staff, recruit talent, and drive strategy to grow the program while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven team leadership experience.
• Strong track record of operational improvement and outcomes.
• Ability to build and implement scalable processes end-to-end.
• Experience building initiatives from start to finish.
• Familiarity with ABA industry standards.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding and intake processes.
• Serve as liaison between clients, internal departments, and clinical teams.
• Coordinate scheduling and manage therapist availability.
• Oversee insurance authorizations and service approvals.
• Ensure proper utilization of client hours and therapist calendars.
• Monitor client insurance plans and eligibility.
• Collaborate with billing and clinical teams on submissions and follow-up.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to hire and interview when needed.
• Address client concerns with professionalism and care.
• Post/work on job postings and social media.
• Lead marketing initiatives to spread brand awareness.
• Contribute to strategic planning to grow the state.
• Collaborate with management to refine internal strategies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
