Job summary

ABA Centers of America seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily clinic activities and drive scalable systems across multiple sites. The role focuses on operational excellence, risk management, and data-driven decision-making to support rapid growth in autism care.

You will partner with leadership to implement growth strategies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while overseeing a high-performance operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health industry preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Collaborate with leadership on the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team.
• Act as lead 'client-care officer' through direct contact with every client and stakeholder.
• Responsible for ensuring proper training to subordinates.
• Ensures adherence to the timely documentation process.
• Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies.
• Work alongside management to ensure company finances are in order, including approval of all department expenses.
• Oversee and manage the safety of employees and clients.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that will be submitted upon request.
