Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field required; leadership/management experience in early learning preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related management field with at least 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Development considered.
• Strong knowledge of Head Start practices and performance standards; experience in non-profit HR or program administration would be a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to support positive feedback across operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision for all staff and volunteers; monitor attendance and records.
• Orient new staff within five days; coach and arrange training as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support Employee Improvement Plans as required.
• Maintain up-to-date credentials and professional development records; ensure staff meet MAP requirements.
• Coordinate services and resources to support enrolled families across program areas; ensure safety and compliance.
