Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee center staff when the Center Administrator is unavailable. You will inform leadership of staffing changes promptly and assist in staff evaluations to support professional growth.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of credentials and ongoing development aligned with MAP and Head Start standards, ensuring compliance with Head Start and childcare regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in administration and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Head Start theories and practices of Early Childhood Development, Human Services and/or Human Development.
• Working knowledge of Head Start and Child Care regulatory environment.
• Oral and written communication skills which facilitate and support positive feedback among operational levels.

Aufgaben

• Supervise center staff in the absence of the Center Administrator.
• Inform Center Administrator of staffing needs and changes immediately.
• Assist in mid-year and annual performance evaluations of Center staff.
• Maintain an up-to-date listing of all staff credentials and records on professional development pursuit status.

Ausbildung

Associate Degree or above in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or an equivalent combination
