Job summary

The Salvation Army's Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center seeks a General Manager to provide leadership and oversee daily operations, programs, and staff. You will drive strategic priorities, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Senior Kroc Officer and headquarters to meet objectives.

You will supervise director teams, ensure compliance with TSA directives, and represent the center in community forums, while maintaining an emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Masters' degree in business or public/non-profit management.
• Minimum five years of experience in program development and budget planning for non-profits.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; strong public speaking and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee overall center strategies, priorities and direction.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities and center budgets.
• Direct directors and managers on programming, marketing, HR and staffing needs.
• Ensure risk management, safety procedures and center inspections are performed.
