The Salvation Army’s Grand Rapids Kroc Center seeks a General Manager to provide leadership and administration for the Center. You will work with the leadership team to set strategies, oversee operations, and guide directors in programming, marketing, and staffing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain overall strategies, priorities and direction with the leadership team.
Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
Provide oversight to directors and managers on programming, marketing and HR staffing needs.
Ensure risk management, emergencies and safety procedures are followed.
Develop, evaluate and manage the annual operating budget and capital plans.
Lead staff meetings and coordinate cross-functional leadership on priorities.
