Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center Administrator in Speedway, IN to support daily operations, client interaction, and facilities management. The role focuses on cleanliness, supply control, and assisting team members to ensure smooth center functioning.

You will work closely with the Operations Director to maintain inventories, ensure safety, and uphold Centria procedures while delivering strong customer service to families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Must be able to follow written instructions.
• Basic computer skills and tablet/iPad familiarity.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work with teams and clients in a center setting.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center as needed.
• Greet clients and provide center tours.
• Maintain center cleanliness and safety.
• Manage supply inventory with Operations Director.
• Ensure documentation and reporting per Centria procedures.
• Coordinate with Behavior Technicians and families.
• Administer center operations and facilities management.
