Centria Autism in Speedway, IN is seeking an entry‑level Center Administrator to oversee daily operations, client interactions, and facilities. You will support staff, manage supplies, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain documentation in line with Centria procedures and HIPAA requirements.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, teamwork with the Operations Director, and delivering consistent center operations to support therapy services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Attend training and other company in-services and training as directed by the direct leader and compliance teams.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets/iPads; laptop; good familiarity with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center when needed.
• Greet clients and visitors and provide tours when necessary.
• Complete related administrative tasks and provide printed materials.
• Maintain center supply inventory with Operations Director.
• Keep center clean, attractive, safe, and report issues as needed.
• Maintain furniture and therapy equipment; arrange repairs as needed.
• Ensure records comply with local, state, and federal mandates.
• Receive deliveries and document center operations.
• Report incidents and safety concerns per policy.
• Communicate effectively with families and Behavior Technicians.
