Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Field Staff Manager to oversee operations, develop technician schedules, coordinate client assessments, and align families with clinicians to start new cases. The role involves coordinating staffing, monitoring attendance, and ensuring smooth care delivery with strong teamwork across departments.

You will also oversee payroll, billing, and compliance, while driving retention initiatives and maintaining high family satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 1-3 years of operations management or related experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians and oversee assessments scheduling.
• Coordinate staffing, including substitutions and multi-technician assignments.
• Ensure compliance, payroll, and billing processes and manage paper document processes.
• Maintain client and family satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Liaise with families and facility management to ensure smooth operations and service initiation.
