Job summary

Centria is seeking a Center Administrator in Oregon to support daily operations, cleanliness, and supply management. You will assist team members, provide excellent customer service by phone and in person, and help maintain a safe and organized center environment.

Open/close the center, greet clients, manage inventories, and coordinate with the Operations Director to ensure staff have what they need. Compliance with Centria policies and HIPAA is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Attend training and other company in-services and training as directed by the direct leader and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center when needed.
• Greet new and existing clients and give tours when necessary.
• Complete related administrative tasks and provide printed materials.
• Maintain center supply inventory and ensure staff have required items.
• Ensure the center is clean, attractive, and safe for team members and clients; report issues as needed.
