Job summary

CSL in Waukegan, IL seeks a Center Manager to oversee operations, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the main liaison with corporate to ensure compliance.

You will lead HR, finance, safety, and quality, manage budgets, improve donor retention, and align digital/operational capabilities with CSL roadmaps. This role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and covers all center positions except quality personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (minimum 4 years) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role overseeing others.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, achieving production goals and monitoring yields.
• Lead donor retention efforts by analyzing trends and implementing corrective strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Lead financial management activities including budgeting and cash handling.
• Escalate quality concerns to the Associate Director of Operations.
• Analyze performance data to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support audit processes and maintain inspection readiness.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and train the team on safety.
• Lead HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage local marketing and advertising to support promotional goals.
• Represent the center with community, vendors, and media outlets.
• Safeguard confidentiality of all employees, donor, and center information.
