Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales-driver experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience.
• Full proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated results-oriented leadership and team focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Center Performance and inspire the team to meet revenue and KPI targets.
• Develop the GSA and Waxer Team to their full potential; coach and mentor.
• Recruit and develop talent; partner with beauty schools and venues.
• Train and role model expected behaviors and processes for the center.
• Communicate direction with Center Teams and monitor performance.
• Manage center operations, payroll, ordering and compliance.
