Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Availability: Full-time.
• Leadership: Previous management or leadership experience in a professional setting is required.
• A genuine desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior and drive team development within a growing franchise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to meet sales goals.
• Handle guest inquiries with grace and turn transactions into brand moments.
• Monitor KPIs and pivot strategies to drive results.
• Mentor associates through 1-on-1 coaching and career discussions.
• Partner with the Center Manager to brainstorm local marketing ideas and interview future Culture Warriors.
