Artemis Wax Corp. is seeking a Center Manager for our European Wax Center in Towson, MD.

You will lead a team of guest service associates and Wax specialists, drive revenue and service quality, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit and develop talent, coach staff, manage center operations, staffing, payroll, inventory, and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related management experience in a sales-driven role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented leadership.
• Self-motivated and process-focused.
• Team-centered with outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Center Performance and inspire the Team to deliver and exceed both revenue and operating budgets.
• Develop the GSA and Waxer Team to meet their full potential; coach, mentor, evaluate and lead performance.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent across all levels of the Center; partnerships with beauty schools to drive Wax Specialist recruiting.
• Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center; communicate and set direction with Center Team.
• Ensure a professional, clean, fully stocked and organized Center meeting brand standards across lobby, public spaces, wax suites and restrooms.
• Deliver and manage the Center’s performance across revenue and KPI’s; review KPI’s daily and coach appropriate behaviors.
• Create effective action plans to improve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance.
• Master sales scripts and manage traffic, conversion, and staffing for optimal center performance.
• Lead and organize operations, center payroll, ordering and compliance.
