A children's development center is looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations and drive sales. This role requires a strong leader who can foster relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service. You will manage center initiatives, lead a coaching team, and engage directly with children and families to support their development. Candidates should possess an athletic or coaching background and hold a Coach Certification. This full-time position includes varied hours across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Prior experience in management is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a physically intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and customer service.
• Maintain lead management and conduct call drives.
• Coach students with a focus on development.

Skills

Athletic or coaching background

Comfortable speaking to parents

Intermediate knowledge of physiology

CPR certified

Education
